Before your visit
Booking Policies
30% deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment.
24-hour notice: With at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, but it will not be refunded.
Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period applies. Arrivals 11–30 minutes late may receive a shortened service without a discount, depending on availability and safety. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late cannot be accommodated; the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
